HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost may vary by order.


PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days. This includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery
As soon as the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 5-7 days for delivery.

(Shipping may be delayed beyond the control of Evergreen Keepsakes.  Peak times of year and holiday seasons can delay shipping.)

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at orders@evergreenkeepsakes.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.  

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
