Heirloom Protection Plan

At Evergreen Keepsakes, we stand behind every piece we send. Our Heirloom Protection Plan extends your peace of mind well beyond your initial purchase, covering your keepsake jewelry for 90 days from the date of delivery.

What's Covered

  • Accidental damage (drops, bends, breaks)
  • Tarnishing or discoloration of the metal finish
  • Manufacturing defects discovered after your 30-day satisfaction guarantee period
  • Chain breakage under normal wear

What's Not Covered

  • Loss or theft of the item
  • Damage caused by improper care (exposure to water, perfume, lotions, or chemicals)
  • Normal wear and tear beyond the coverage period
  • Items that have been altered or repaired by a third party

Coverage Duration

The Heirloom Protection Plan covers your item for 90 days from the date of delivery. This includes our standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee, plus an additional 60 days of extended protection.

Coverage Tiers

Coverage is based on the item price before tax and shipping fees. Please select the tier that matches your item's price at checkout:

  • Coverage for orders up to $100 (item price, before tax) | $4.98
  • Coverage for orders $101 to $200 (item price, before tax) | $5.98
  • Coverage for orders $201 to $300 (item price, before tax) | $6.98
  • Coverage for orders $301 to $400 (item price, before tax) | $7.98
  • Coverage for orders $401 to $500 (item price, before tax) | $8.98
  • Coverage for orders over $500 (item price, before tax) | $9.98

How to File a Claim

  1. Email us at support@evergreenkeepsakes.com within your 90-day coverage window
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  3. Attach a photo of the damaged or defective item
  4. We will review your claim and ship a replacement at no additional cost

Important Notes

  • The Heirloom Protection Plan must be purchased at the time of your original order. It cannot be added after checkout.
  • Coverage applies to the original item only and is non-transferable.
  • One replacement per protection plan purchase.
