  • CANCELLATIONS

    Orders must be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed for a full refund to be processed. After 1 hour, your order may have entered production or been prepared for dispatch and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded.

    If you have any questions about cancelling an order, please email us at orders@evergreenkeepsakes.com with your order number in the subject line.

  • Standard Cancellation Window

    We start processing orders quickly so your heirlooms can be created and shipped as soon as possible.

    • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.

    • After 1 hour, your order may already be in production or queued for dispatch and may not be eligible for cancellation or change, especially for personalized items.

    To request a change or cancellation, email orders@evergreenkeepsakes.com as soon as possible with your order number and what you’d like to change.


    Personalized & Custom Items

    Personalized and custom pieces are made just for you.

    • Once a personalized item has entered production, it generally cannot be cancelled or edited.

    • If you spot a mistake in names, dates, or other personalization, contact us immediately. If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to update it.

    Please double-check all spelling, dates, and personalization details before placing your order.


    Orders Already Dispatched

    Once an order has left our facility:

    • It is not eligible for cancellation.

    • Address changes are no longer possible.

    • If you’re unhappy after delivery, you’ll need to follow our Returns & Worry-Free Guarantee process.


    Late Items & Shipping Delays (How This Relates to Cancellations)

    Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other events outside our control.

    • If we become aware of a significant delay before your order ships, you may request cancellation as long as the item has not yet been dispatched.

    • Once the package has shipped, we cannot cancel or refund it solely due to transit delays.

    • If your parcel is still lost or undelivered 30 days after shipment, please contact orders@evergreenkeepsakes.com so we can review for a refund or replacement, depending on carrier's findings and any shipping protection on your order.
